SOLUTION

OBJECTIVES INTERVENTIONS
1.      Increase the understanding of depressive feelings and reduce the frequency of anxiety a.       Create vocabulary and understanding for cues and symptoms for depressive tendencies. Understanding how the symptoms experienced affect the quality of functionality (Avasthi & Grover, 2018). Some issues to discuss include social seclusion, irritability, and feelings of hopelessness

b.      Identify the triggers for anxiety and depression in Ms. Alana’s environment. Discuss how she is treated and how she feels about their actions and words towards her based on the family aspect.

c.       Identify and understand the causes for vulnerability to anxiety and depressive triggers. Why do certain things lead the patient to behave a certain way? Are the responses rational?

d.      Identifying responses to triggers and determining consequences of the patient’s responses (Karg et al., 2020). Discuss whether the reactions such as crying and isolation positively or negatively impact functionality.
