ANSWER  

Reflecting on the week, we learned about the three types of leadership styles: transactional, connective, and change. Transactional leadership, which is a system of rewards and punishments, is useful during emergency situations. These situations are often seen in healthcare and requires fast decision-making in a particular setting.
