SOLUTION

Providing nursing care at the end of life can take a toll on the well-being and resilience of nurses. End of life is never an easy concept for the family and the nurses caring for the dying client. Nurses build a relationship with the client and a rapport and coming to the end of life for that client can be hard for the nurse who has been caring for them the whole time.
