I believe nursing theory is very important in nursing. Nursing theories provide a foundation for understanding the complex nature of healthcare and patient care. Nursing theory offers a way to categorize and organize nursing knowledge and provide framework for decision-making and critical thinking. Nursing theory also helps to establish nursing with its unique knowledge base and scope of practice.
