The late assignment policy does not apply to quizzes and exams. All quizzes and exams close at the time they are due. For quizzes and exams not submitted by the specified due date and time, a score of zero will be assigned.

The midterm exam has 75 questions worth two points each. You will have one attempt to complete the exam with a time limit of 113 minutes.

The exam consists of multiple-choice, matching, and select all that apply questions.  Most of the questions are multiple-choice items; less than 10% are select all that apply items so you may or may not receive these questions on your exam. These types of questions are on the ANCC NP certification exam; becoming familiar with answering them will help you prepare.

This is a closed book exam. You are not allowed to use any notes or outside resources on this exam. No part of this exam may be copied using any means. By opening this exam, you are acknowledging that the completion of this exam is by you without any assistance. Any violation of this agreement will result in an automatic score of 0 on the exam.

The use of the Respondus Lockdown Browser is required for the completion of the exam.

Before you can begin your exam, you will be asked to show your student ID and scan your environment. When you scan your environment rotate the camera (or laptop) around 360 degrees so that it captures your entire workspace where your computer is located. This environment scan must visibly demonstrate that there are no phones, people, books, etc. within view. The environment scan is not optional and is a requirement for the quiz or exam. If the environment scan is not completed (or done incompletely) it will be considered an Academic Integrity Violation.
