CC (chief complaint): “in recent days, my urgency to urination has significantly increased and whenever I urinate, I feel pain”.

H.P.I.: T.S.T.S. is a female aged 32 years old whose health has been deteriorating for the last two days. According to her, in the last two days, her urination frequency has significantly changed, and this has made her worry. She sought to seek medication help to enable her to ascertain and perhaps understand the exact cause of her pain during urination.
