SOLUTION
Jazz is a genre that is very popular in American music that Buddy Bolden and Jelly Roll Morton developed. Jazz was influential in New Orleans, where political things ran rampant between drugs and prostitution. In 1971 the U.S navy cleaned up New Orleans forcing drugs and prostitution out, which made jazz eventually move up the Mississippi River to Chicago (Martin, 2018).
