SOLUTION

The two types of assessments I do the most are comprehensive and targeted. I mostly employ a comprehensive assessment, often known as a head-to-toe assessment, and when necessary, a specialized assessment. Performing a comprehensive review allows me to better understand my patient’s requirements and respond rapidly to life-threatening circumstances.
