Use the following format to reflect on the Week 4 iHuman Neurovascular Assessment. This was the Athena Washington case.

• Paragraph One: What went well for you in the simulation? Provide examples of when you felt knowledgeable and confident in your skills. Do you feel the scenario was realistic? Why or why not?

SOLUTION

From novice to advanced beginner and now I felt I’m on my proficient stage of the simulation practice as almost everything went well for me. I felt knowledgeable about the diagnosis of stroke-like symptoms and the assessment findings of motor weakness of the left arm and legs. I found the scenario realistic because it presented a typical patient suffering from an acute cerebellar infarct from the EHR to history taking and to the physical exam findings.….Please click the icon below to access entire solution at $5
