SOLUTION

Our Masters textbook states that a systems-based practice in nursing considers the larger system within the smaller system. In example a provider relies on the nurses and other members of his patient’s care team to adequately provide care for his patient. I see this daily as a charge nurse on my med-surg observation floor. I am a leader within my hospital.
