- Describe actions to support ongoing self-reflection and practice improvement.
- Identify aging bias impacting interactions with older adults.
SOLUTION
- Consider your overall score on the ERA-12 Survey and the interpretation. Are you surprised by your score? Why or why not? Explain your answer using at least 1 paragraph.
Since I’ve always thought of myself as someone who supports sustainable methods and is environmentally concerned, I wasn’t too shocked by my total ERA-12 Survey score.
