SOLUTION

As I look back over my career, one event is apparent and very fresh. This event could have cost me my nursing license, so I will use it for this discussion. Two years ago, I was the supervisor on duty. We had two orders for blood transfusion for two separate patients. I decided to help one of the nurses who was having difficulty collecting the type and screen specimen.
