SOLUTION 

During the interview, he questioned me assertively, demanding answers in detail to assess my readiness for the job. In my view, he appeared to be an autocratic leader with no empathy or any room for considering other people’s opinions and ideas, especially his juniors. My wrong impression was occasioned by a misinformed stereotype that I had always harbored against Indian employers as being “no-nonsense” on matters regarding delivery and overall performance at work.
